Employees and contractor's staff are trained on Company HSEQ policies and work procedures. Compliance with the HSEQ policy and work procedures is considered one of the basic requirements during employment process.

Due to rapidly changing job requirements, we at MGCL offer HSEQ trainings and awareness sessions not only at the Head Office but also at remote locations to provide a healthy and safe working environment to our employees.  

Contribution to Oil & Gas Associations
The company actively contributes in Forums and meetings organized by Pakistan Petroleum Exploration and Production Companies Association (PPEPCA) to share & discuss HSE best practices and lessons learnt from incidents.
